Powder coating wheels

Sent my wheels off for powder coating.

For those interested in it, the replacement bearing part number is 62052RSC3 by KOYO Japan, which is the oem part, but not with the polaris $40 each price tag. You will need four of the same part number.

torque values
front axle- 75nm
front pinch bolts- 19nm
rear axle- 119nm
front caliper bolts- 24nm
rear caliper bolts- 24nm
front/rear disk bolts- 30nm
front/rear abs ring bolts- 9nm

to convert to ft.lbs- Nm X 0.7375 = ft.lbs

Also The valve stem is not your usual 11.3mm diameter for those looking at adding 90* stems.

Picking them up today. This was right after they were stripped. I’ll post the bare weight. Then the weight with the gear on them as well.

Guy did an awesome job. No light spots. Even got the inside done nicely as well.

color is stealth charcoal with clear vision clear coat.

Damn, that is the color I had planned to use... nice match to the factory graphite color. Looks really nice man, can't wait to see pics with the rubber mounted up!

Very nice! Harmonizes much better with the bike than the black

The new silver-graphite color on the tank and wheels complement the black frame of the bike. very nice combination....

now you need to add torque settings for 2 piece hub bolts and valve stems .lol

Rsd wheel hub bolts are 55ftlbs!

Those are sharp. They should look great on you bike!

What size are these bolts? M12?
