Does the FTR have a light sensor?

Now that the sun is setting at like 4:30 here and I'm riding home in pitch dark, the auto dash dimmer is kicking in.

I like it, no complaints that it switches into night mode.

However, when I take bike out in the day, it keeps the night mode dash and it's not switching back to day mode. Guessing might be something to do with the sensor perhaps being dirty?

Yes, but it never works quickly. I just manually do it. It’s the same with all their models.

I have it at night mode always, and let it auto dim.

I thought it was set by the GPS. At least that's what it says in the menu
