Toce head pipe mis-aligned

I've had my exhaust for a few years so I'm not sure exactly when this started, but the front head pipe with the oval/round adapter is not aligned correctly and has a leak. I've replaced the gasket twice already thinking that was the issue. Had the dealer look but since it's aftermarket they just blamed it on the exhaust and tried to sell me a new factory replacement. I finally had time to pull it all apart today to check it out. Not sure if at some point it warped or if it's always been this way, but it's now a pretty bad leak. If I replace the gasket it goes away for a few months and comes back. Also going to try and reach out to Toce and see what they think

Been back and forth for a minute. They're thinking they might need to make me a one off to replace the front pipe. I've gotten it to stop leaking by replacing the gasket again, but getting tired of dropping $50 every few months when the thing starts leaking again. They were very responsive just waiting on a decision of what they think will be best way to handle it.

Just wanted to update this. Toce went above and beyond. Rather than create a one off of the front head pipe, to replace what I had. Which is #64 of their first run of FTR exhausts, they sent me the complete new system. So I now have their new system. I did not expect a new system and was really only asking for some help on getting it to line up, or possibly a replacement front pipe. Like I said they went above and beyond I can't say enough good things about them taking care of this the way they did.
