I rode to work and 3/4 of the way home. Got a flat tyre on the freeway, I got a bit suss when I went around the big curve of the on ramp and soon realised I needed to pull over. The tow truck should be here in about 20 minutes 🙄

Finally out for a ride today with my youngest boy…not on Larry but took Max out for a run. He gets cranky and jealous of his American brother so today was his day…actually behaved himself. I think it was the little bit of love they both got yesterday. Been so long between rides. Was so good to get out again. Larry your next. 👍😎

Latest mod? Me!!
Hit my target weight today - 175 lbs. Down form 200 lbs in late May. Nice increase in Hp and Torque! (Cardiologist encouraged me to lose some weight.)
