Where did you ride your FTR today?

The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride! Me and a couple other people (over 1,000 riders) decided to go for a short ride (all five boroughs of New York) and stop for a little lunch in Chelsea (shut down multiple streets of the meatpacking district). I think close to a quarter million dollars was raised today for charity!
That’s bad ass

Tried riding it to work yesterday, the car that pulled out in front of me had other ideas... Luckily it was relatively low speed and I got away with bruising and swelling on my left hand, plus some aches and pains today. Bike superficially looked ok, but headers, muffler, radiator, lh fork and various pegs and levers took a bashing. Bars aren't straight either.. Glad I was wearing my full ppe though.
Bugga mate. Glad your ok man

just a short one today - it's been a very wet winter, but today was nice and dry even through it was cold (9 Celsius)
took a friend's son who just got his learners permit out for a ride to give him some tips on cornering, he's actually doing really well and loving his MT03.

3900 mile loop from SoCal up the eastern side of California, Oregon and Washington. West across the Northern Cascades to the Olympic Peninsula. Then back down to SoCal mostly along the Pacific Coast. Bikes even saw some dirt over the unpaved Baby Shoe pass in Oregon. Never missed a beat.

The usual loop southbound, with some new (on motorbike) stretches. Whoaa, promising:

And here's what it looked like:

Road sometimes a bit too narrow, sometimes a bit poor sight of what's to come, and nothing close to the never-ending curves (or vistas) in more mountaineous areas of our globe, but still some zick-zack fun a lazy vacation Thursday morning.

As a general rule I don’t camp. (I consider no room service after midnight camping.)
So when the family talked me into a vacation at Yogi Bear campground in Mill Run, PA I rented a cabin with plumbing, air conditioning and cable! I also negotiated permission to take a motorcycle. There is some great riding in the Pennsylvania - Laurel Highlands!
