That's the thing, in our city we don't usually have traffic, most of my rides can be considered out in the open. its a small quite city, no traffic.
I'll test it further. So an electrical failure due to heat is a possibility... Good I'm still under warrantee.
Note: temperatures are in Celsius .
Hello,
Had my FTR1200 for a year and a half now, I live in a hot and dry country (Oman) and summer is starting to peak. I've ridden it when the weather was hot before but I don't recall riding it in weather as hot as tonight.
It is 42-44 degrees at 9pm...
My 2019 occasionally gets confused if its day or night, not a major issue. if it bothers me I adjust it manually.
I also don't mind keeping it in night mode during the day, screen is bright enough that during the day it's still visible.

Before adjusting it to the correct tension I need to check on something, the user manual doesn't specify if the motorcycle must rest on the kickstand or on a lift...
Checked with the VIN, it says recall for the circuit breaker only and marked as applied in Polaris website.
Mine is an international version as I live in the Middle East (Oman)
Thanks all, I’ll check the slack and tell them to replace the sensor.
It’s all covered by warrantee for 2 years but I’m currently in a period where I can request for a replacement bike if necessary, that ends in a few days so I’ll monitor it further.
