I believe it should. The windscreen attaches to the bike by replacing the top bolts on the front suspension and I didn't have to remove or modify my cowl at all. And yes, all hardware necessary to mount it is included.

Update: I messed with the shift lever position last night and today I got a CEL with the code that the gear selector sensor is malfunctioning. Seems to be working okay to me, but maybe the issue I've been having in this thread is related. Will finally take it to the dealer probably next week...
