USB port and Apple iPhone 12

My iPhone 12 will not charge when connected to the usb port on my '19 FTR1200S. Does anyone know what the usb port output is?

are you using a genuine apple cable in good condition?
I know cables have proven to be the issue for some in the past

Cables can be an issue for sure. I used an Apple cable with a usb adapter.

maybe try one without an adapter in case the adapter is the problem.

My USB port went bad a year into ownership, try other devices and make sure the port didn’t fail too.
