LMAO! yup. Some people in AU flash their TFT dash and the bike suddenly rides wonderful! 🤷🏻♂️
Have you done the '22 yet?flash also fixes that, with the countless amounts of money ive dumped into my bike, the tune was the best money spent.
I think that's a reference to the throttle blipping when downshifting. without a tune it's quite intense when you think you're slowing down the the bike auto blips the throttle and you speed up.Autoblipping? What did I miss?
It's usually in synch and in time with the downshift - and something I instinctively do anyway - but you're absolutely right, the bike sometimes throws one in to make your day more interesting if it results in surging into a tight corners and situations.I think that's a reference to the throttle blipping when downshifting. without a tune it's quite intense when you think you're slowing down the the bike auto blips the throttle and you speed up.
Absolutely - and you're right. IRC have a tried and tested unit.I was ot aware FTR did auto blipping, never had it on my bike, that's normally reserved for bikes with a quickshifter to aid the downshift on a closed throttle.
I’m waiting till she gets a little more time on it. The tame power curve of the 22 is nice For her to get used to the bike. Over the winter I’ll send the ecu out for sure.Have you done the '22 yet?
Which tune and where?Took me a single tune to eradicate all the quirks and foibles and whilst the TOCE is a lovely exhaust you don’t ‘need’ it as part of the package to achieve it!
Thank you so much for your detailed reply.I arrived very late to the tuning party having had my bike for 10 months. Yes the bike had quirks and foibles but I was reticent to spend any money getting it to run right. Max Cool and Ferraiolo1 were great advocates of the tuning services offered and we had differing opinions. I was wrong in my assumption the bike ran ok as it was! The bike was decatted at new from the off.
I eventually went with Fuelmoto USA and this was my first ever foray into the remote e-mail tuning service, I had always paid for dyno time and the use of a tuning specialist historically and mistakenly thought that was the best way to tune. The difference was profound.
If it is your intent to fit a TOCE Lloydz is your only choice. Both provide great service. Within three days of receiving my PV3 and downloading and sending off the files I received two maps to try. Fuelmoto also offer a lifetime map support so if you change anything with regards to emissions or have any issues you can 'Log' ride data send it to them and they will send you another map free of charge, but as stated they do not do TOCE.
